How to place an order
Orders can be placed in our webshop at any time.
- Add the product(s) you want to buy.
- Go to “View cart”. Check that the product(s) and quantity is correct, and add any received coupon codes.
- Either (a) click “Proceed to checkout”, fill in your personal information, choose shipping information, add credit card number and click “Place order”.
Or (b) click “Check out with PayPal”. Log on to your PayPal account and complete the payment with your account; or choose “Pay with card”, add your credit card information and personal information, and click “Pay now” to finalize the order.
We accept orders from E.U. and the rest of Europe. Please be aware that any order being shipped to a destination outside Norway may be subject to import duties and taxes. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. When delivery is attempted, you may be billed for these fees; these fees are independent of shipping charges and are charged by your local authority – not Nordichockey.com.
Any order confirmation (electronic or paper receipt) given to you through Nordichockey.comdoes not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. Nordichockey.com reserves the right to decline and cancel an order, or supply less than quantity ordered at any time.
We will notify you if we are unable to accommodate your order. Nordichockey.com may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
Follow Your Order
If you create an account when you place an order, you can follow your order through the link under Customer Service on the website. Here you can see a summary of your order(s), and their current status.
Pricing and Payment
Prices throughout the website are quoted in Euro, and payment can only be accepted in Euro. Packing and delivery costs, if any, will be added to the total price of your purchase.
While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.
The price you pay is the price of the products shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the product has since changed.
Where an offer mentions that an item is reduced in price, eg: half-price, the discount will be calculated at checkout before any postage or packaging charges are applied.
The Customer must pay in advance, by credit card (MasterCard, Visa) or via PayPal.
If you cancel a purchase, you have the right to demand a refund. You have to inform Nordichockey.com within 14 days after receiving the goods to be eligible for a refund. After informing us you must send the goods back to us within 14 days. The refund will include any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase. However, we will not be paying for the return shipping costs.
Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. Additionally, all original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be in new condition and included with the returned product. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories, packaging or literature.
Shipping within Norway will be delivered using Bring/Posten within 3-9 working days. You will be informed if the product(s) are not in storage, and the delivery time will exceed 9 working days. We will do our best to deliver the goods to you as fast as possible.

In some circumstances, Nordichockey.com will arrange for the item to be shipped directly from our source in order to help you avoid a longer wait time (e.g. special order item, or in the unusual event that a back ordered item is not expected to arrive at our warehouse within a reasonable time.)
International shipments are generally subject to local import duties and taxes. We are not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice regarding any customs related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.
You have a 14-day return and exchange policy after receiving your order via Nordichockey.com. Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. Additionally, all original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be in new condition and included with the returned product. Return merchandise must be double boxed with no writing on the manufacturer’s box. As a customer, you bear the costs for the return shipping.

If an item you received is defective, we will replace the item with a new one. However, we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to us. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.
Damaged or Missing Goods
All packages are inspected for damage before they ship from us. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 48 hours after the package was received. We do issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model only. Should the item not be available for replacement, the customer will be issued refund or store credit for the original cost of the damaged item.

Under EU rules you always have the right to a minimum 2-year guarantee at no cost, regardless of whether you bought your goods online, in a shop or by mail order. So any product you buy from Nordichockey.com will have a 2-year guarantee.
